2. More than 2 years of human resources work experience;
3. Familiar with the six modules of human resources;
4. Familiar with the relevant national human resources policies and regulations, and possess professional knowledge of human resources and business management;
5. Possess good communication and response capabilities, and can properly handle emergencies;
6. Excellent language expression and communication skills, keen insight and analytical judgment.
1. Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic adjustment plan, and formulate human resource planning and adjustment plans according to actual strategic needs;
2. Responsible for human resource planning, personnel recruitment and allocation, training and development, salary and benefits and performance management, employee relationship management and the establishment of related systems and procedures, to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of human resources work, and to provide services for the company to achieve strategic goals ；
3. Responsible for the maintenance of the daily office system of the General Department, management of the company's licenses and related qualifications, and annual review;
4. Complete related tasks assigned by the leader.
