1. LDPE: Low-density polyethylene, the main component of blister PE board. It has the characteristics of non-toxic, flammable and easy to oxidize monomer polyethylene. It is not easy to absorb water, has good electrical conductivity and good insulation. It is often used as wire, cable, and plastic. Flexible plastic such as film.
2, ZnSt: zinc stearate, metal soap lubricants, polyolefin plastics mostly use stearate lubricants, because it has the characteristics of easy availability of raw materials, low cost, non-toxic and pollution-free. 5. DCP: Dicumyl peroxide, crosslinking agent, initiator of polyolefin polymerization, DCP can change the structure of rubber and plastic, making PE board more resistant to high temperature, abrasion and oxidation.
6. CaCO3: The most commonly used plastic fillers are divided into light calcium and heavy calcium. The competition of light calcium is fierce and develops rapidly. However, light calcium is provided to enterprises as agglomerates, and it is difficult to disperse in plastic products directly.
